Sited at the Sen̓ákw south gateway of Fir and West 3rd, this building will be among the first in an exciting new future for the Burrard Slopes. The modern, design-forward project is proposed to be built as a mass-timber hybrid hotel which would be the tallest hotel of this kind built in North America.
The project is located adjacent to Granville Island, one of Vancouver’s premiere tourist destinations, with 10.5 million visitors annually. With limited hotel options in the area, this proposal hopes to contribute to the estimated 10,000 hotel rooms needed in Vancouver by 2050.
